Story Matrix (“we”) operates the website story-matrix.pro. This page explains what limited information may be processed when you visit the site or write to us.

The site is a static presentation of our practice. It does not use advertising cookies, does not run a contact form, and does not require an account.

What we collect

If you email hello@story-matrix.pro, we receive the information you choose to send: typically your name, organisation, contact details and the substance of your enquiry. We use this solely to respond and, where relevant, to deliver our work. We treat every conversation with discretion.

Our hosting provider may retain standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) for security and reliability. These logs are not used for marketing.

Analytics

No third-party analytics cookies are set on this site at present. If measurement tools are added later, this policy will be updated before any non-essential cookies are used.
